The Newcastle Knights finish the regular season in third place and will meet the Gold Coast Titans in next week's elimination final.
After trailing 16-8 at the break the Knights powered home with four second-half tries, including a hat-trick to debutant Keighley Simpson, who was the 18th player for the day and came on in the second half after two players failed head injury assessments.
Simpson becomes just the second player to score a hat-trick on debut after Roosters winger Mia Wood in Round 6, 2023.
Star back-rower Yasmin Clydsdale marked her 50th career game with 161 run metres, four tackle breaks and two try assists.
The other final next week will feature the fourth-placed Cowboys against the fifth-placed Sharks, with the Roosters and Broncos having a week off to await the two winners.

Meanwhile, the Warriors rounded out their season in style with a 44-6 victory over Wests Tigers at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.
Tryscoring machine Payton Takimoana took her season tally to 15 as the Warriors racked up their highest ever score in the NRLW.
Wests Tigers have now collected consecutive wooden spoons and will look to rebuild in 2026 under a new coach after inaugural mentor Brett Kimmorley called time on his tenure at the club.
The Dragons are also chasing a fourth win of the season when they travel to McDonald Jones Stadium to face two-time premiers Newcastle, who are coming off a thrilling 28-22 victory over the Titans.
