Blake Steep has made a meteoric rise following an ACL rupture that sidelined him for the majority of 2023. Captaining the Roosters to within one game of the SG Ball Cup Grand Final, the dependable lock forward claimed the side's Player of the Year award, and has since accelerated into the NSW Cup side, before making his NRL debut in Round 13.
